harold the giraffe - Life education

Today we went to see harold the giraffe(life education. We learn about why the your brain is so important. It does not just help you learn it also helps to protect you. The lady name that was teaching us was Keri. We play 2 very fun games. Have you ever had harold the giraffe come to your school? At the end when we were about to leave Keri said some jokes. Here are the two I remember. What do you call a be in a graveyard a Zombie 😂  How do you get pikachu on the bus? you Pokemon 😂. In the vav there were light that turned into disco lights. Hi, Today I am going to tell you about my reading. We are doing our reading about komodo dragons.They are the world's largest lizard in the world. They are the world's most vicious lizard.  One they were discovered in 1912, komodo dragons became the target of hunters. They live in indonesia they love sun and rain forests. The challenge for me was when I had to write a poem about komodo dragons. Here are some photos.

My speech in book creator

Hi, My speech was about saving sea animals saving poor people and making more fun places in the world. The first paragraph was about sea animals and then it was about saving poor people and then it was about why there should be more fun places in the world.

Science Shurbet

Last week when we did Science we made sherbet with a whole lot of powder. When we were making it we had to put all of the powders in. We had jelly crystals, citric acid, icing sugar and baking soda. The jelly crystals tasted bitter and sweet the citric acid tasted sour lemony and yuck!!! The icing sugar tasted extremely sweet and delicious and the baking soda tasted a little bit sour and a little bit yuck.

I liked it because it was fun and I got to write a book.

On Monday the 17th of August we started learning about fractions. The challenging bit was when I had to make fractions in my maths book with a number. It was so hard  to do fractions on the number line. Next time I could try and think harder.

What I know about book creator:

I know that you can make cool backgrounds and you can color the text boxes. You can also insert images from your chromebook. Also you can do a whole lot more stuff. Once you have finished that you have made a book.
