Science Shurbet

Last week when we did Science we made sherbet with a whole lot of powder. When we were making it we had to put all of the powders in. We had jelly crystals, citric acid, icing sugar and baking soda. The jelly crystals tasted bitter and sweet the citric acid tasted sour lemony and yuck!!! The icing sugar tasted extremely sweet and delicious and the baking soda tasted a little bit sour and a little bit yuck.
