End Of Term 2

                                                Hi Bloggers!!

Today I am going to tell you about my awesome term that I have had.


My goal for next term is... for me to get less distracted by my friends. That is my goal for next term because I get distracted sometimes. So if I try hard not to get distracted I will teach myself not to get distracted.


Also this Term I started to do winter sport for school,because when you get to a year 5 you do sport for the school. The options that you are given are netball,soccer and hockey. I do netball. It is super fun. For winter sports we go on a bus to Hornby high. 



This term my favourite activity was Reading. It was Reading because in Reading this term I have learnt about Antarctica, the 1918 deadly Flu Pandemic and Matariki.  My favourite was learning about the 1918 deadly flu pandemic.  It was my favourite because it's fun and I learnt lots. The Can dos were fun because we were allowed to make a board game.            Here is a photo of one of the activities that I did.

    Looks like you have enjoyed lots of different things last term including reading. Reading about Antarctica and the Spanish Flu of 1918 are really good things to learn about as they both involve NZ in different ways.

    I like the facts that you were so honest about being distracted by others sometimes around you. This is actually a good thing that you have realised about your learning. What ideas or strategies could you use to help you become less distracted by others around you in Term 3 ?
